Tsera built a real-time AR preview for pergola and bioclimatic structure companies, now live at 3d.oazis.pt. Prospects can see structures rendered in photorealistic 3D and preview them in their own space before buying — giving the sales conversation a visual anchor it never had before.
Challenge
Outdoor structure companies in Portugal were losing leads because the sales process required a salesperson to be present and couldn't communicate the product visually. Inwindow was also paying for a CRM system that didn't fit their workflow.
Approach
Tsera designed and developed the AR preview on Babylon.js with a custom 3D render pipeline. The frontend is embedded as a licensed tool — meaning Tsera retains the codebase and licenses it per client. Odoo CRM was deployed as a cost-free replacement for the legacy tool.
Outcome
Deployed and live. Inwindow reported a 90% cut in CRM costs and a 30–40% increase in customer engagement. The AR preview model is now licensed to additional clients as a recurring revenue product.
