Tsera built a real-time 3D configurator for pergola and bioclimatic structure companies, now live at 3d.oazis.pt. Clients can customise dimensions, materials, and finishes in the browser. The tool replaced manual quoting and a legacy CRM — reducing quoting time from 15–30 minutes to under 2 minutes.
Challenge
Outdoor structure companies in Portugal were losing leads because the quoting process was slow, required a salesperson to be present, and couldn't communicate the product visually. Inwindow was paying for a CRM system that didn't fit their workflow.
Approach
Tsera designed and developed the configurator on Babylon.js with a custom 3D render pipeline. The frontend is embedded as a licensed tool — meaning Tsera retains the codebase and licenses it per client. Odoo CRM was deployed as a cost-free replacement for the legacy tool.
Outcome
Deployed and live. The tool now handles initial configuration and quote generation autonomously. Inwindow reported a 90% cut in CRM costs and a 30–40% increase in customer engagement. The configurator model is now licensed to additional clients as a recurring revenue product.
